Has anyone got pregnant after Tubes was clamped (tubal ligation)?

Yes, I have heard of a few cases, but it is extremely rare and most likely the result of the doctor not doing the procedure correctly. I have heard this happening a lot more when a man get a vasectomy. In fact, my former nephew is a result of a vasectomny that went wrong!
