I need help with Mgmt type music?

I just recently started listening to M.G.M.T. and wow, they are truly exceptional. I love their song Kids and I love the music video even more, though it is quite weird the message behind it is extravagant. I also have heard Electric Feel and I also like that song, though I like Kids more. So in essence, I am just beggining to listen to M.G.M.T. and I want to know what other great songs M.G.M.T. have produced. In addition, I want to know their music genre, and if there are other bands that are similar to them. I love their type of music. Truly overwhelming music. :)
