Who is the artist, group or album called "A" (same genre as puddle of mudd and pod)?

'A' was a british punk rock band of the late 90's. I have since lost the album and it is very difficult to find on the nat with a name like A. I too cannot recall a song title.The Album was called 'how ace are buildings'! Hope thats helpful.
