Hip Piercings Help Please?

i was wondering if there's any type of hip piercing that can be like a nose ring, like it can be taken out but it won't grow out or reject? maybe the kind with the clamps or anything? sorry, hip piercings are the piercings i actually know nothing about. thanks so much if you give me an answer, this is just an idea of mine i might wanna try. and please, if you tell me it's trashy or dumb....i really don't care. i live once. haha than you so muchh :].
