Want to get release from haunting memory?

she broke up our 5 years relationship since September 10. She is fine, having fun and may be dating with other guy...but I am here standing all alone can't move from the relationship. I keep myself busy all the time but those haunting memories are hunting me down all the time. From deep inside I know I still love her and it sounds so futile to me. Well I know I can't forget my past 5 years memory neither she could but she has overcome the breakup then why I can't? All I want to get release from my past memory that let me down all the time.
