I had a vasectomy 10 years ago and now I having problems?

After a vas clamp procedure my testical shrunk and was partially numb for several years , yesterday i was working in my garage and i felt a sting/pinch feeling so I think the clamp came off,after the clamp came off my testicle became very warm and inlarged, and to normal again having probs with adrenaline rushes and horemones. now will this last long and how dangerous is it ? My left tesicle has now regained full feeling and i can actually fill it again by touch could feel the clamp in my scotum but i lost it is this normal?! also my wife had become pregnant 5 years after surgery.Also after i urinated today semen began trickiling out for a few seconds??????
